This information is processed in a way that does not identify anyone; TR Cycle Repairs does not make, and does not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting

Data Protection

TR Cycle Repairs has security measures in place to protect personal data from theft, loss and breach of privacy.  Security measures in place include password protection and a Firewall (security software) to protect internal information from the internet.  Hard copy documentation containing personal data is stored in a locked cabinet.

Access to personal data is restricted to an authority figure within TR Cycle Repairs.  Personal data is not shared with any third parties. may contain links to external websites.  TR Cycle Repairs is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites and encourages visitors to read the privacy policies of every website that collects personal data.

Data Retention

TR Cycle Repairs practises a seven-year retention period after which personal data is securely destroyed.  Personal data is retained for no longer than it is necessary for tax purposes and the reason(s) for which it was collected therefore personal data retained by TR Cycle Repairs can be reviewed at any time to determine whether it is still needed.  This can result in the destruction of personal data prior to the deadline of the retention period.

Please be aware that companies can keep personal data for longer if kept for public interest archiving or statistical purposes.
